DICE is a hands-on learning programme that helps school and college students become confident problem-solvers, creative thinkers and responsible decision-makers. Through real-world challenges, experimentation and reflection, students learn to question better, think independently, turn ideas into solutions and take meaningful action.
In a world where answers are easily available, the real advantage lies in asking better questions, analysing situations clearly and finding solutions that work. DICE helps students become confident problem-solvers, creative thinkers and responsible decision-makers.
This isn't an intelligence gap — it's a practice gap. Students haven't been given enough real chances to sit with an unsolved problem, try something, fail safely, and try again. DICE is that practice.
Four powerful pillars that build the mindset and skills to think better, solve better and build better.
Understand people, define the real problem, and build solutions that truly matter.
Learn More ↓ DICE ITurn challenges into better possibilities by challenging assumptions and thinking differently.
Learn More ↓ DICE CThink beyond the obvious, generate fresh ideas, and build the confidence to express them.
Learn More ↓ DICE ETake initiative, assess risk, create value, and turn ideas into meaningful action.
Learn MoreToday's education system is optimized for getting to the right answer, fast. The cost shows up later — in the corporate world.
Marks reward speed and recall, not the struggle of figuring something out. Students learn to execute defined tasks but freeze when the problem is undefined.
Young hires who can execute a defined task but freeze when the problem is undefined. Bright graduates who ask "what's the correct approach?" when there isn't one.
Students haven't been given enough real chances to sit with an unsolved problem, try something, fail safely, and try again. DICE is that practice.
Through hands-on activities, real-life challenges and guided reflection, students learn to think independently, create meaningful solutions and take responsible action.
Through hands-on activities, real-life challenges and guided reflection.
Four interconnected pillars that build the mindset and skills to think better, solve better and build better.
Students learn to observe situations, ask questions, understand different perspectives and identify the real challenge behind a visible problem.
Outcome: Strong solutions begin with a clear understanding of the problem.
Innovation is not limited to technology or inventions. It is the ability to find a better, simpler, safer or more meaningful way to do something.
Outcome: Challenges become opportunities to improve the world.
Creativity is the confidence to explore different possibilities. Students think freely, combine ideas, experiment and communicate without fear of being wrong.
Outcome: Confidence in expressing original ideas.
Entrepreneurship is not about starting a business. It is about taking ownership, identifying opportunities, making thoughtful decisions and acting responsibly.
Outcome: Confidence, resilience and the ability to turn ideas into action.
We don't teach answers. We build the muscle to find them.
We deliberately give students problems that don't have one clean answer, and resist the urge to rescue them too early. Productive struggle is where the actual learning happens.
We don't tell students to "take more risks" blindly. We teach them a framework to weigh a decision, size a bet, and act despite uncertainty — the same judgment that separates good managers from great ones.
Every module closes with structured reflection: what did you try, what happened, what would you do differently. Without this step, an experience is just an event — reflection turns it into a skill.
Two levels designed for different stages of a student's journey.
Introduces students to curiosity, independent thinking, creativity and collaborative problem-solving.
Helps students apply design thinking and entrepreneurial thinking to academic, social, career and workplace challenges.
DICE helps institutions build a stronger culture of student initiative, innovation and career readiness.

We're not an edtech company that added a kids' program. We're an HR & L&D firm that saw the gap first.
As a recruitment and corporate L&D firm, we work daily with the professionals these students will become — we design DICE backward from the real gaps we see in the workplace.
Our facilitators bring the same instructional design rigor we use in corporate leadership development — adapted, not diluted, for a younger audience.
Most "entrepreneurship for kids" programs quietly become pitch-deck factories. DICE stays disciplined about teaching the underlying judgment, not startup theatre.
DICE is run in small groups with real facilitator engagement — not a lecture hall, not a video course.
